2010 Prices
Weeknights ( Sunday -Thursday nights): $400.00/night $34/per person per night @12 person occupancy
Weekends (Friday and Saturday nights): $600.00/night $50/per person per night @ 12 person occupancy
- *2 night minimum on the weekends

- *prices remain the same regardless of the number of renters.
- *50% non refundable deposit is required to reserve your stay and the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival.

We ask that
- no kids under 12
- smoking allowed outside in designated area only
- coolers be left on the front or rear decks ( there is an extra refrigerator located in the basement)
- check- in time is 3:00 ( early check-ins are possible and at the owner's discretion)
- check out time is 11:00 ( late check-outs are possible and at the owner's discretion)
- the dishwasher is run upon departure
- sheets and towels are placed all together at the bottom of the stairs
- sign the guest book and suggestion book
- We are asking that the double doors off the workroom are used to drop off your equipment then use the Main door to bring in you personal belongings and food. There is a spot there to hang up your coats and place your shoes.
